# End User License Agreement for Memories App

## 1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Memories ("the App"), you agree to be bound by this End User License Agreement ("Agreement"). If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.

## 2. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, Memories grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes.

## 3. User Content

### 3.1 Content Ownership
- You retain all rights to the photos you upload to the App
- By uploading content, you grant Memories a worldwide, non-exclusive license to use, store, and process your content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the App's services

### 3.2 Content Restrictions
You agree not to upload content that:
- Infringes on intellectual property rights
- Contains explicit, violent, or inappropriate material
- Violates any applicable laws or regulations
- Contains malware or malicious code

## 4. Privacy and Data Collection

### 4.1 Data Usage
- We collect and process user data as described in our Privacy Policy
- Photos uploaded to the App are stored securely and processed only to generate videos
- We do not sell or share your personal photos with third parties

### 4.2 Data Security
- We implement reasonable security measures to protect your content
- While we strive to protect your data, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure

## 5. Video Generation

### 5.1 Service Description
- The App uses artificial intelligence to generate videos from your photos
- Generated videos are created for personal use only
- Video quality and results may vary based on input quality and system limitations

### 5.2 Usage Limits
- There may be restrictions on file sizes and number of photos
- We reserve the right to implement reasonable usage limits to prevent system abuse

## 6. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the App
- Use the App for any illegal purposes
- Interfere with or disrupt the App's services
- Create multiple accounts to circumvent usage limits

## 7. Termination

### 7.1 Termination by User
- You may terminate your use of the App at any time
- Upon termination, you may request deletion of your account and associated data

### 7.2 Termination by Memories
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App if:
- You violate any terms of this Agreement
- We suspect fraudulent or abusive activity
- We cease operations or discontinue the App

## 8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

## 9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MEMORIES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.

## 10. Changes to Agreement

We reserve the right to modify this Agreement at any time. We will notify users of any material changes through the App or via email.

## 11. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
